One rather large "King" of a company says "we will take it back, will others?" Is that what you want? Do you want a company to take back the seat covers? You want seat covers that meet or exceed you expectations and that's why you bought them.
Why would you want to send them back? You wouldn't have bought them if you didn't want them.
Where are you once they take them back? Who is paying for the shipping costs and where are you going to find seat cover for your ride at that point? We will do anything and everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied. Not only in terms of the seat covers but with the entire buying experience. We do not hesitate to do the "right thing" even if it doesn't appear profitable based on the one transaction. We look at the big picture and view each customer as someone that could make or break our entire business. We look at it as if we don't make you happy then we don't sell another seat cover, ever! If we do make you happy then you tell others and we get to do it again.

We believe that Seat Glovers gets more customer referrals than any other seat cover company in the market today because we have exceeded their expectations. Whether it was the affordable prices, high quality product, fast and efficient shipping or excellent customer service and communications, our customers are the most dedicated and loyal for these very reasons. If we don't hear a WOW at some point during the transaction then we have not done our job.
Our competition is not happy
Since we came into this market almost ten years ago, we have seen competitors lower prices and begin to offer some way of returning the "custom" seat covers when before hand they were not. We have seen others go out of business because they were ripping off the public with no one to hold them accountable. These "Good Ole Boy" companies enjoyed huge profits with inferior products and poor service to match. Much to the dismay of the price gougers of the last twenty years, we have raised the standards while lowering the prices.
We have reshaped an industry
Those of you who have been enthusiasts for a long time may remember the day not too long ago when you had to mortgage your home to pay for a quality set of seat covers made by appointment only made by someone sipping pina coladas on the beach in Hawaii. You bought these $500-$700 seat covers and hoped they lasted more than a year. Some times they did but what if they did not? How many customers come to us every year to replace their seat covers that faded after a year? Did they replace them with a new set? Shouldn't you expect the seat covers to make it more than one season, especially for that price? Of course, and if not, then the company should send a new set with no questions asked! That is what we are all about.
The Decline of the Consumer Expectation
Since the beginning of the "Information Age", consumers have enjoyed convenience and opportunities like never before. The Internet and other technology advances have allowed us advantages like never before. However, customer service has taken a serious downturn. To speak more directly of our industry and very specifically about the custom neoprene seat cover market, we have been appalled by the claims other retailers have made concerning their product without substance. There are companies claiming the material is neoprene but it turns out to be foam rubber at best. Also, they claim to be made in the U.S. but come to find out that the factories are in Mexico or China. However, the worst part is that they know little to nothing about the product they sell. It wouldn't surprise me to find out that the sales staff is out sourced and someone in India answers the phones with a script.
The Rebirth of Consumer Expecation
If other companies are dedicated to the same level of service then I give them credit. They may be out ther but we haven't found them yet. Consumers should demand nothing less. Somehow consumers have setlled for less and businesses are walking all over you. Don't take it anymore and start to expect more, not less. Companies can and will deliver to the level that consumers demand so don't let them off the hook easily. Demand more and receive more.
